Mr Macpherson has stated that he either would want the system on his office computer but would rather the system to be able to be accessed by any prefect and at time. To do this would require the system to have an online database. This online system would be a lot harder than the simpler system of just running it off the office computer but I believe would be much more efficient and beneficial to all of the people involved.Fields

Currently when a student receives a fatigue, A prefect will input the information into the Fatigues book. the information that is required currently are the Name and year group of the student as well as the which prefect is issuing the fatigue and the reason for the fatigue.

Therefore the Fields needed for the new fatigue system are:

• Name (Name of the Student receiving the Fatigue)
• Year (Year Group of the Student receiving the Fatigue)
• ID number (ID Number of the Student receiving the Fatigue used as Primary Field)
• Reason for Fatigue (Reason for the Student receiving the Fatigue)
• Prefect Issuing Fatigue (Name of the Prefect Issuing the Fatigue)
